Alexandra Enyart is a rising orchestra and opera conductor praised for her musical finesse and technical grace. As a transgender conductor Alex strives to create a more equitable and diverse world. A champion of new music Alex serves as Music Director for Thompson Street Opera Company. Alex advocates for every voice by working to bring standard repertoire to younger singers through CVAC and by volunteering with ResonaTe, an all transgender choir with a mission to foster and inclusion of all voices and identities. Alex believes conducting is an honor and privilege, and continues to work to support and strengthen her community.
