DON GIOVANNI SAFETY PROTOCOL
Don Giovanni will take place in person at COSI’s Gallery II on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 7:30 PM and on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 2:00 PM. The following safety protocol was developed based on the CDC and State guidelines and in collaboration with the Opera Columbus Board and local health professionals.
SCHEDULED ENTRY: All patrons will be assigned an arrival time via email prior to the event in an effort to limit queues and promote social distancing.
FACE COVERINGS: All patrons are required to wear masks at ALL times, even when seated, and will be encouraged to wear a second mask that Opera Columbus will provide upon arrival. All performers will be masked or in individual covid-safe towers.
HEALTH SCREENING: All patrons, cast, crew, and staff MUST have their temperature taken upon arrival, and MUST complete a wellness check.
REDUCED CONTACT: Programs will be completely digital and accessible via mobile phone to reduce touch points. Temperature and wellness checks will be contactless. There will be no food or drink available for purchase.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Upon arrival, please remain with your pod and socially distance from others.
POD SEATING: All seating is arranged in socially distanced pods of two.
ENHANCED CLEANING: All seats will be disinfected between shows and patrons will also be offered an optional wipe to disinfect their seat an additional time.
DON GIOVANNI TICKET INFORMATION
The seating pods are divided into four zones. Upon arrival, you will be randomly assigned to a pod within your pre-purchased zone. All tickets purchased after 4/1/2021 must be in quantities of two to ensure you will not be seated next to someone outside your party. If you purchase a single ticket, you may be seated next to a stranger. If you purchase more than two tickets, we will try to accommodate for your party. However, we cannot guarantee that your entire party (three or more tickets) will be seated in pods next to each other.
All patrons will pick up their tickets at will call. CBUSArts will still send an email confirming your ticket purchase; however, the assigned seats listed in the confirmation email are NOT your assigned seats at the venue. Your seat assignment will only be written on the tickets you receive at this event.
Tickets will not be sold at the door.
